All media, logos, videos, content, etc... are proprietary and cannot be used for distribution by any other party.  Doing so will lead to prosecution.

 

Mountain biking is inherently risky.  By purchasing any TILT Industries products you are accepting that mountain biking is risky and assume full liability for any risk associated with the TILT Industries line of products caused to your person or equipment. 

 

Privacy Policy:

 

Your information is completely private.  No personal information is private and is not sold.  Payment information is never seen or viewed by a TILT Industries employee.

 

Return Policy:

 

Each customer has 21 days from the order date to return his/her order.  

 

The product boxe(s) cannot have been opened opened in any way and/or product removed from box.  If box was opened or product removed from box, return eligibility is void.

Return shipping is to be paid for by the customer.

 

Warranty:

 

TILT Industries offers a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects.
